• Exchange Only: We offer an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and bill.

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

• No refunds. Exchange for same or higher value items only.

• No exchange on discounted or altered items.

• We accept Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard).

• EMI or part payments are not accepted.

• All prices are inclusive of GST.

• Altered garments are not eligible for exchange.

• Once a purchase is made, it cannot be cancelled.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

• Delivery time: 5–7 working days (depending on location).

• Shipping charges are applicable as per DTDC.

• Shahenshah is not liable for delays caused by courier companies.
